BY-LAWS
OF THE,
ELM CITY RIFLEMEN.

SECTION 1. This organization shall be known as the Elm City Riflemen

SEC. 2. The members of this organization shall pay twenty-five cents per month, in advance, as dues.

SEC. 3. It shall be the duty of each and every member of this organization to attend all drills, business meetings, and parades of said company, either regular or special, when ordered to do so by the commanding officer.

SEC 4. Any member of said company failing to attend drills, parades or business meetings of said company, shall be fined as follows : Commission officers, $1; non-commission officers, 50 cents; privates, 25 cents, unless a proper excuse is given satisfactory to the commanding officer.

SEC 5. It shall be the duty of each and every member of said company to obey all orders eminating from the commanding officer, and upon failure to do so he or they shall be subjected to such fines and punishments as the commanding officer shall prescribe.

SEC. 6. Any member feeling agrieved at any punishment inflicted by the commanding officer shall have redress by appeal to a majority of the commission officers of said company, whose decission in said matter shall be final.
