**In-Person Visit appointments on Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. are reserved for high-risk individuals or family units. High risk for Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) is defined by the CDC as older adults and people with underlying medical conditions such as asthma, serious heart conditions, kidney disease, type-2 diabetes, and people who are immunocompromised.
