Are you excited about what we are doing in the Library and want to be a part of it? The Friends of the Pamlico County Library meet the first Thursday of each month at 11:00 am. This group sponsors books sales, special library speakers, children's programs and other special events to support the Library.

Magazine Trade:
Bring your magazines and trade them for someone else's. Please bring current magazines  that are no older than six months.

 Continual Book Sale:
Stop by the library to purchase books for your collection. The Book Sale is sponsored by the Friends of the Library! Proceeds go to support programming and materials for the library.
Memorials:
Remember someone special through a book memorial. What a wonderful way to honor a friend or family member's life by sponsoring a book in their memory. Memorial Donations are $20 per book. For more information please call us at 745.3515.
Cool Bags for Cool Kids:
Obtaining a library card of the first time is a very special event in the life of a child. The Friends of the Pamlico County Library understand this and have provided funds to purchase colorful book bags, pencils and bookmarks to be given to children under the age of twelve when they apply for a Library Card.
Display Case:
Do you have a collection or a craft that you would like to share with the patrons of the Library? If so, stop by the library to sign up for a month with the display case. Every month a different patron's talents or collection is showcased.
